Five departments: Incorporate artificial intelligence into teacher qualification exams and certification content

According to reports from Yicai, the Ministry of Education and four other departments issued the "Artificial Intelligence + Education" Action Plan. It mentions improving the intelligence literacy and skills of a wide range of teachers. Standards for teachers' intelligence literacy will be established, clarifying the artificial intelligence literacy competencies that teachers should possess. Artificial intelligence literacy training will be conducted in a layered and categorized manner based on the needs of different positions, achieving full coverage through various methods. A contextual assessment system will be constructed, and intelligent, gradient assessment tools will be developed, encouraging schools and regions to carry out large-scale assessments of teacher literacy, and to enhance teachers' literacy and capabilities based on assessment results.Promote the reform of teacher training programs by incorporating knowledge of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence into the curriculum system, updating the knowledge system. Include artificial intelligence in the content of teacher qualification examinations and certifications, and establish intelligent education projects in national and provincial teaching achievement awards to stimulate the endogenous motivation for innovation in artificial intelligence.

Most cryptocurrency exchanges in South Korea lack personal information protection certification, and large platforms have insufficient security investments

According to a report by the South Korean media Decenter, a report from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) shows that a large number of South Korean cryptocurrency exchanges have not obtained ISMS-P certification, which is considered the minimum standard for personal information protection, and their security investments are also deemed insufficient.Among the six non-Korean won trading (Coin Market) exchanges newly registered and renewed as virtual asset service providers (VASP) this year through the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of the South Korean Financial Services Commission, five only hold basic ISMS certification. The ISMS certification does not include personal information protection requirements. Among the major exchanges supporting Korean won trading, GOPAX has also not obtained ISMS-P certification.Large exchanges also face issues of insufficient security investment and dedicated personnel. The three major exchanges that have disclosed their information security status to KISA—Upbit, Bithumb, and GOPAX—have allocated only about 10% of their total IT investment to information security. In South Korea, the proportion of information security personnel at Upbit, Bithumb, and GOPAX is only 9%, 10.2%, and 12.5%, respectively. The third and fourth largest exchanges in South Korea, Coinone and Korbit, have not even proactively disclosed their information security measures.

Roam launches a certification system, certifying WiFi/users will unlock $ROAM airdrops and exclusive blind boxes

ChainCatcher news, Roam has launched a Certification System aimed at ensuring the quality of the Roam WiFi network and incentivizing active users within the ecosystem. The system classifies WiFi networks and users through Gold and Blue badges. For WiFi networks (Certified WiFi), the Gold badge is awarded to high-quality Roam miner WiFi verified by multiple certified users, requiring at least 3 certified users to check in with no history of suspicious behavior; the Blue badge is awarded to public or private WiFi that meets good operational status, coverage standards, and conditions of check-ins and no suspicious behavior. For certified users (Certified Users), the Gold badge is for registered Roam miners who are active (12 months) with no history of suspicious behavior and have accumulated at least 500 Roam Points; the Blue badge is awarded to active (12 months) Roam App users with no suspicious behavior who meet the points criteria. The launch of the Certification System will enhance network quality, encourage high-quality nodes and active users, while helping users easily identify reliable WiFi networks, improving connection security and smoothness. Certified WiFi and users will enjoy rewards such as $ROAM airdrops or exclusive blind boxes.Currently, Roam has over 2.3 million registered users, covering more than 200 countries and regions, with the number of self-built WiFi nodes exceeding 1.88 million.
