ChainCatcher 消息，Matrixport 宣布正式完成對瑞士合規加密資管公司 Crypto Finance (Asset Management) AG（CFAM）的全現金收購。

CFAM 將更名為 Matrixport Asset Management AG（MAM），為泛歐洲市場提供合規的加密資產管理服務，以佈局 Matrixport 全球合規資管。
