彼得·希夫質疑加密房貸:雙重利息疊加或推高購房門檻並增加違約風險

ChainCatcher 消息,經濟學家 Peter Schiff 在 X 平台發文表示,加密資產支持的抵押貸款結構可能顯著提高購房成本。

借款人不僅需支付傳統房貸利息,還需承擔以加密資產為抵押的「二次貸款」利息,該模式本質上相當於為房產進行 100% 融資,從而放大槓桿水平,並可能提升整體違約風險。
