富达增持香港合规数字资产公司BC Group股份至6.29％
据路透社报道，富达在12日公布的一份交易所备案文件显示，通过投资671万美元，该公司已将其在香港合规数字资产公司BC Group的股份增至6.29％。
BC Group旗下的OSL在去年12月成为第一个获得香港证券监管机构许可提供数字资产经纪服务的公司。1月6日，该公司宣布将以先旧后新的方式配售股份，预计集资约6.97亿港元(折合约为9,000万美元)。
