国务院《防范和处置非法集资条例》提及虚拟货币
链捕手消息，中国政府网发布中华人民共和国国务院令，《防范和处置非法集资条例》已经 2020 年 12 月 21 日国务院第 119 次常务会议通过，现予公布，自 2021 年 5 月 1 日起施行。
《防范和处置非法集资条例》第十九条指出，以发行或者转让股权、债权，募集基金，销售保险产品，或者以从事各类资产管理、虚拟货币、融资租赁业务等名义吸收资金涉嫌非法集资的，处置非法集资牵头部门应当及时组织有关行业主管部门、监管部门以及国务院金融管理部门分支机构、派出机构进行调查认定。
