链捕手消息，据新华网报道，在 2021 中国国际大数据产业博览会上，中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理刘鹤表示：“习近平总书记高度重视大数据产业发展，指出要推动实施国家大数据战略，加快建设数字中国”。
刘鹤强调，“要夯实算力和人才基础，加强算力基础设施建设。要加强研究，建立健全治理体系和相关制度，在确保个人隐私和数据安全的前提下，探索实现更精准的数据确权，更便捷的数据交易，更合理的数据使用。积极推动数字技术与经济社会发展各领域全方位深度融合，充分挖掘数据的多重价值。”
