安永为简化跨境预扣税流程提供区块链解决方案
链捕手消息，著名会计师事务所安永今日发布公告称，已完成了一项名为TaxGrid™的区块链项目，该项目可解决跨境预扣税 (WHT) 流程中的复杂性和低效率问题。
该项目通过创建所有股息交易的“共享记录簿”，让金融中介机构和税务机关之间更安全地自动、分散化共享税收和财务信息，从源头上对股息收入进行征税。为保护数据隐私和机密性，WHT解决方案采用零知识证明（ZKP）等隐私保护技术，保护投资者的敏感信息和商业机密，同时为税务机关提供近乎实时的数据访问。
据悉，该项目由政府、行业代表等多方合作完成。英国税务海关总署 、荷兰税务机关和挪威政府部门人员，以及法国巴黎银行证券服务公司、花旗银行、摩根大通等机构人士均参与合作。（来源链接）
