As a recently popular metaverse project, Bloktopia today announced partnerships with well-known crypto media Cointelegraph and the renowned exchange Kucoin, among others. These projects will join Bloktopia to co-build its metaverse ecosystem.
According to the announcement, KuCoin will open a virtual office called "KuCoin Meta Office" within the metaverse platform Bloktopia, where it will meet with everyone. This office will allow users to decorate with cyberpunk themes, interact with virtual furniture, and chat in a virtual environment.
At the same time, Cointelegraph also stated on its official Twitter that it is collaborating with Bloktopia to build a Cointelegraph virtual store and released a video showcasing its design, inviting users to visit.
In addition to the aforementioned projects, in the previous month, Coinmarketcap, Avax, Elrond, Travala, and others announced their entry into the Bloktopia metaverse ecosystem, establishing virtual offices or headquarters, attracting significant attention and users to the project.
These actions collectively reflect that the metaverse is becoming a focal point for most participants in the crypto industry. Some industry giants are already attempting to integrate parts of work and life scenarios into the metaverse, while Bloktopia, with its excellent user experience, has become one of the leading players in this space.
Bloktopia is known to be a VR skyscraper built and supported on the Polygon blockchain, where users can experience immersive content across different floors, such as communication, buying and selling real estate, and earning advertising revenue. Bloktopia has a total of 21 different levels, commemorating the total supply of 21 million bitcoins.
In the Bloktopia metaverse, users are referred to as Blocktopians. They can be holders of the project's native token BLOK or community participants. The total supply of BLOK is 20 billion, with an initial circulating supply of 2 billion and an initial market cap of $500,000. The more BLOK a user holds, the more exclusive privileges they can obtain.
Bloktopia aims to create the ultimate virtual reality center and "crypto home," focusing users in an immersive and engaging environment— for the first time ever, users can access crypto information and immersive content in one place, as well as obtain blockchain education resources at different levels, virtual offices, games, and anything else imagined through virtual reality experiences.
Previously, Bloktopia announced the completion of a $4.2 million private fundraising round, led by crypto game developer Animoca Brands, with participation from institutions such as Anti Fund, Polygon, Bitboy, Wendy-O, X21, GenBlock, AU21, Avalanche, Shima Capital, TKX Capital, and Kucoin Labs.
