EOS创始人BM：正在开发新项目contract pays和3 sec finality，并将募资
链捕手消息，EOS 创始人 BM发推特表示，正致力于开发新项目 contract pays 与 3 sec finality，目前正在计划募资。其中，contract pays 是一个支付相关功能，可以让用户在不创建账户的情况下直接通过密钥进行 Token 转移，而 3s finality 可把区块最终确认时间从 3 分钟提升到 3 秒。
此前，链捕手曾在3月报道，BM正在组建团队开发新社交媒体项目Clarion，BM并发推文称：“Clarion OS不是区块链，将是免费的开源软件，不需要任何投资。我没有要求投资，也没有计划在未来要求投资。我正在花很多钱来构建使人们能够交流的技术。”
