DeFi平台WonderFi以1.62亿美元收购加拿大合规加密交易所Bitbuy
链捕手消息，DeFi平台WonderFi Technologies Inc.同意以2.06亿加元（1.618亿美元）的现金和股票收购加拿大加密货币交易所Bitbuy。
交易条款包括7000万股WonderFi新股和2000万加元（合1570万美元）的预付现金。其中还包括3000万加元（2360万美元）的递延现金，该递延现金通过供应商回购票据在12个月内到期。这笔交易预计将于今年第一季度完成，Bitbuy总裁兼首席财务官Dean Skurka将加入WonderFi的董事会。
去年12月，WonderFi首次宣布对Bitbuy的母公司进行战略投资，投资金额不详。Bitbuy表示，它是加拿大第一个作为市场受到监管的加密货币交易平台，此外还在加拿大注册为受限制的经销商。
