美国立法者提出 《虚拟货币税收公平法案》以鼓励加密支付
链捕手消息，近日美国众议员Suzan DelBene和David Schweikert向国会提出一项《2022年虚拟货币税收公平法案》。该法案为美国国税局税法的修正案，旨在简化日常加密用户的税收负担鼓励加密货币支付，并进一步加强 "虚拟货币在我们数字经济中的合法性"。
目前，美国立法规定，无论交易的规模或目的如何，任何加密货币收益（包括小额零售购买）必须作为应税收入报告。《虚拟货币税收公平法案》将豁免用虚拟货币进行的收益在200美元或以下的个人交易。如果立法提案通过，将从 2021 年 12 月 31 日起追溯适用于所有符合条件的交易。
