链捕手消息，据俄罗斯《生意人报》报道，俄罗斯政府和央行就加密货币监管达成一致，将在2月18日起草一份关于俄罗斯联邦数字货币流通的法律草案，其中加密货币被视为货币，而不是数字金融资产 (DFA)。新规很可能至少有一部分会在 2022 年下半年或从 2023 年开始生效。加密资产只有通过合法部门例如银行系统或有执照的中介，才能进行交易。超过60万卢布的交易必须申报，在合法部门以外的交易将构成刑事犯罪。
