浙江政务服务中心回应虚拟货币挖矿差别电价政策：系配套处罚政策，仍不允许挖矿活动
链捕手消息，针对近期发布的虚拟货币“挖矿”用电实行差别电价政策，浙江政务服务中心2月22日向《华夏时报》记者表示，经杭州市上城区发展改革和经济信息化局核实，虚拟货币“挖矿”活动仍是不允许的，该文件是配套的处罚政策，是被查处单位需要补交违法行为期间的加价电费，是电网企业执行的。
“该政策并不意味着高电费下“挖矿”就合法了，而是在被发现后，此前挖矿的电费要根据差别电价政策计算并加以取缔。”华夏时报在报道中表示。
此前，浙江省发改委2月14日在官网公布了一份关于对虚拟货币“挖矿”用电实行差别电价政策的通知。该通知要求，为整治虚拟货币“挖矿”活动，助力如期实现碳达峰、碳中和目标，对虚拟货币“挖矿”用电实行差别电价，加价标准为每千瓦时0.50元。
