公安部：电信网络诈骗犯罪大量利用跑分平台加数字货币洗钱，利用USDT危害最为严重
链捕手消息，国务院新闻办今日举行打击治理电信网络诈骗犯罪工作进展情况发布会。会上，公安部刑事侦查局局长刘忠义介绍，随着打击治理工作的不断深入，电信网络诈骗犯罪出现了一些新变化、新特点，新型网络犯罪已成为主流犯罪。其中，诈骗集团利用区块链、虚拟货币、AI智能、GOIP、远程操控、共享屏幕等新技术新业态，不断更新升级犯罪工具，与公安机关在通讯网络和转账洗钱等方面的攻防对抗不断加剧升级。
从通讯网络通道看，利用虚假APP实施诈骗已占全部发案的60%，开始大量利用秒拨、VPN、云语音呼叫以及国外运营商的电话卡、短信平台、通讯线路实施诈骗。从资金通道看，传统的三方支付、对公账户洗钱占比已减少，大量利用跑分平台加数字货币洗钱，尤其是利用USDT（泰达币）危害最为严重。
