DeFi平台WonderFi以3860万美元收购加拿大合规加密交易平台Coinberry
DeFi平台WonderFi Technologies Inc.同意以约3860万美元的股票收购加拿大合规加密货币交易所Coinberry，预计将在今年第二季度完成。
据悉，Coinberry成立于2017年，是加拿大证券监管机构授权运营的6家加密交易平台之一，托管资产达1亿美元，迄今已管理超过10亿美元的交易，支持29个主流加密货币交易对，拥有超过22万用户。
此前1月消息，WonderFi Technologies Inc.同意以2.06亿加元（1.618亿美元）的现金和股票收购加拿大加密货币交易所Bitbuy。
