涉嫌挪用资金买比特币矿机，中昌数据董事厉群南被批准逮捕
链捕手消息，A股上市公司中昌数据近日发布公告称，公司从北京市公安局立案公开查询系统中发现，厉群南涉嫌挪用公司资金案有所进展，公司从公安司法机关获悉，北京市朝阳区检察院已于2022年6月1日作出对厉群南批准逮捕的决定。
据悉，厉群南目前是中昌数据的董事，曾任该公司董事长。2021年11月底，公司公告称，厉群南因涉嫌挪用资金被刑事立案。5月14日，公司在回复上海证券交易所监管工作函时透露，厉群南涉嫌挪用资金购买神马矿机及支付托管费、自行决策并支付资金进行对外投资，未执行审批流程擅自转移公司资产等，涉及金额折合人民币4017.4万元，严重影响到公司的现金流和经营发展。
