重庆忠县法院：委托投资虚拟货币不受法律保护
链捕手消息，日前，忠县法院宣布对一起虚拟货币投资案件作出宣判， 判决不予支持原告敖某的诉讼请求。忠县法院经审理认为，委托投资虚拟货币不受法律保护，进行虚拟货币投资属于违背公序良俗的无效民事行为，由此造成的损失，应由原告敖某自行承担。
