ChainCatcher news, Solana-based mobile application Ottr Finance has completed a $3.1 million Pre-Seed funding round, led by Race Capital, with participation from Circle Ventures, Slow Ventures, and Kamal Ravikant.

It is reported that Ottr provides a simple and intuitive solution that supports real-time, free sending of USDC without the need to set up a self-custody wallet and store mnemonic phrases, making it easier for mobile users to access cryptocurrency with dollars.
