Binance US and Bittrex exchanges suffered API theft attacks

ChainCatcher news, according to a tweet from X-explore, the attackers of the FTX and 3Commas API theft also targeted Binance US and Bittrex exchanges, stealing 1053 ETH and 301 ETH respectively. The attack on Bittrex, suspected to utilize the NXT/BTC trading pair, is still ongoing.

According to previous reports, an investigation conducted by the trading bot platform 3Commas and the cryptocurrency exchange FTX revealed that API keys associated with 3Commas were used for unauthorized trading of the DMG trading pair on FTX. (Source link)
