Report: Ripple's XRP holdings fall below 50% of total circulation for the first time

ChainCatcher message, according to Ripple's Q3 report, the XRP holdings across various wallets have for the first time fallen below 50% of the total circulating supply, and Ripple currently operates 4 out of over 130 validator nodes on the XRPL.
