ChainCatcher message, FTX founder SBF issued an internal letter, the core content is as follows:

  1. First of all, I am very sorry, ultimately, everything is my responsibility.

  2. In the coming week, we will conduct a fundraising, the goal of this fundraising is firstly to be accountable to our customers; secondly, to be accountable to current and potential new investors; thirdly, to be accountable to all of you, and this will be my top priority in the coming week. The financing may ultimately be a joint investment from FTX and FTX US, but I do not want to be overly confident about this.

  3. As part of the potential financing mentioned above, as reported by Twitter, we have had talks with Justin Sun, and details will be announced there.

  4. Regarding Binance: I shouldn't mock them, so I choose to be reserved here. I just want to say: it’s possible that Binance never really planned to conduct transactions, but in any case, we need to get our work done. Nevertheless, I am very grateful to everyone who has put in the effort.

  5. I need to spend more time writing a more detailed summary, and will provide more detailed information, including: (a) a detailed explanation of what happened and what went wrong; (b) the management structure and leadership's future work; (c) a public response article; and (d) information regarding payroll and other aspects.

  6. I really hope that each of you can fight alongside us, but I completely understand that this is very stressful, and you may not agree with my views. I have no problem with either of these points; in any case, I respect all of you, but we do need to work together. (Source link)
