According to ChainCatcher, a report by 99.co states that a penthouse in the Bahamas, allegedly belonging to former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF), is listed for sale at a price of $40 million. The property is located in the Albany resort on New Providence Island and spans 12,000 square feet. Although it has not been definitively confirmed that this is SBF's property, the photos of the property resemble the background from SBF's interview.
Previous reports, confirmed by government documents from former FTX employees, indicate that FTX purchased properties in the Bahamas this year worth approximately $74 million. (source link)
