FTX has hired a forensic team to investigate the whereabouts of the funds

ChainCatcher news, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal citing informed sources, the new management of FTX has hired a team of forensic investigators from the consulting firm AlixPartners to help trace the billions of dollars missing from the FTX exchange. The AlixPartners team is led by Matt Jacques, former chief accountant of the enforcement division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). (WSJ)
