Former Alameda CEO hires former SEC enforcement chief to handle FTX incident investigation
ChainCatcher news, former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison has hired former SEC enforcement director Stephanie Avakian to represent her in the FTX bankruptcy case, along with other attorneys from Avakian's law firm WilmerHale. Stephanie Avakian previously led lawsuits against Ripple, General Electric, Robinhood, and Musk.
