Binance: Reuters is attacking its law enforcement team, which has responded to over 47,000 law enforcement requests since November 2021

ChainCatcher message, Binance responded to Reuters' report by stating that Reuters is attacking Binance's law enforcement team. Binance stated that it does not understand the internal workings of the U.S. Department of Justice, and even if it did, it would be inappropriate to comment.

Binance also stated that since November 2021, its law enforcement team has responded to over 47,000 law enforcement requests with an average response time of three days; the number of security and compliance personnel has increased by over 500%; it has participated in more than 70 anti-cybercrime seminars with global law enforcement agencies; and it has become the first blockchain and cryptocurrency company to join the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA).
