SushiSwap announces the acquisition of the Cosmos ecosystem derivative trading protocol Vortex Protocol

ChainCatcher news, SushiSwap has acquired the Cosmos-based decentralized derivatives trading protocol Vortex Protocol, with the acquisition amount currently unclear. Vortex Protocol is built on the Sei Network using Cosmos tools and will be categorized as another product under SushiSwap, adopting a new name.

It is reported that Vortex Protocol is a decentralized derivatives exchange that has not yet launched, aiming to provide users with 10x margin trading on various assets. Both Sei Network and the newly acquired Vortex Protocol by SushiSwap are set to launch on the mainnet in the second quarter of this year. This move also means that SushiSwap will be one of the first Ethereum applications to migrate to the Cosmos ecosystem. (source link)
