Base will integrate Coinbase self-custody wallet and dApp wallet
ChainCatcher news, Coinbase protocol head Jesse Pollack revealed that the company's newly launched Ethereum L2 network Base will integrate two products: the Coinbase self-custody wallet and the Coinbase dApp wallet.
Pollack also stated that Base is different from other Ethereum L2s because Coinbase already has a dedicated user base, allowing developers to access a large number of users from the very beginning.
Additionally, crypto blogger Chris Blec revealed that Base will be a compliant KYC blockchain, where only users with verified identities will gain access, and it is also an important component of the World Economic Forum (WEF) central bank digital currency program. (CryptoSlate)
