Data: In the past 12 hours, the liquidation amount of Bitcoin long positions has reached a new high since August 2022
ChainCatcher news, according to Coinglass data, the rapid decline in Bitcoin prices this morning triggered a large number of long liquidations on centralized exchanges. In the past 12 hours, approximately over $72.9 million worth of Bitcoin longs were forcibly liquidated due to insufficient margin, marking the highest amount since August of last year.
Additionally, according to Coinglass monitoring, the balance of Bitcoin wallets on exchanges has reached its highest level this year in recent days, with about 1.9367 million coins. (source link)
