ChainCatcher news, FTX creditors tweeted that FTX may face a $2.5 billion clawback of Genesis loans, which were fraudulently repaid from stolen customer funds. "In my opinion, a wiser approach would be to sue Genesis first, and then, after a successful (or unsuccessful) outcome, sue Grayscale, so that the larger action ($2.5 billion) is not jeopardized by a smaller action ($290 million)."
