FTX proposed a $4 million bonus plan to retain core technical employees
ChainCatcher news, according to court documents, FTX plans to launch a $4 million bonus program to prevent key-skilled employees from resigning. Current FTX CEO John J. Ray III took office on November 11 when the company filed for bankruptcy and hopes to offer bonuses of up to 94% of salaries to retain core contributors. The plan will be discussed at a hearing in Delaware court on March 29. (CoinDesk)
