ChainCatcher news, according to Snapshot data, the Arbitrum Improvement Proposal (AIP-1) initiated by the [Arbitrum](https://www.rootdata.com/zh/Projects/detail/Arbitrum - Offchain Labs?k=MjczOA==) Foundation was not approved, with 76.67% of the votes against it.

Previously reported, the Arbitrum Foundation plans to break down the AIP-1 proposal into a series of separate proposal votes and has committed to revising each part of the proposal this week. It is reported that the allocation of 750 million ARB tokens may be voted on separately, while providing background information on how to use the funds for the "Ecosystem Development Fund" and a "transparency report" on the Foundation's budget.
