The FTX creditors' committee has filed a motion with the court to seal customer emails and addresses
ChainCatcher news, the official committee of unsecured creditors of FTX tweeted that today the committee and the debtors jointly submitted a motion to the court requesting the sealing and redacting of customer names in any court documents related to the debtors' Chapter 11 case. The court has already ordered the sealing of customers' emails and physical addresses. The committee believes that the names of individual customers should be kept confidential to protect them from potential harm caused by fraud and other threats. (source link)
