ChainCatcher news, the Voyager Unsecured Creditors Committee stated on social media that the U.S. District Court has approved the resolution to advance the settlement with the U.S. government regarding Binance.US transactions. Voyager has submitted a motion requesting the court to grant its representatives the authority to comply with applicable laws while finalizing the plan. Given the current state of the cryptocurrency industry, as well as the statements and actions of regulatory agencies, Voyager will seek further clarification from the court to allocate funds to its customers in fiat currency (or take any other necessary actions to do so) within the scope required to comply with applicable laws.
