ChainCatcher message, trader @bitrabbit.btc tweeted that the user Super Testnet discovered a bug in the Ordinals program. The inscription number 3492721 has 0 inputs and 0 outputs, yet it can still be inscribed and included in the numbering.

The founder of Ordinals stated that this can be resolved by upgrading the program, but it will affect all inscriptions numbered after 3492721. Super Testnet also quickly released a guide and called for the implementation of the same behavior attack. His implementation of this behavior may be against these inscription activities that occupy Bitcoin space on Bitcoin L1, and he released a design specification for a sidechain called Spacechain, arguing that these inscription activities should take place on layer two.
