Celsius has begun hosting claims and will allocate 36.25% of the balance to users who join the settlement starting today

ChainCatcher news, Celsius announced that last month the court approved its settlement with the Unsecured Creditors Committee (UCC) and the Custody Special Committee. Eligible custody account users can now choose to participate in the custody settlement in exchange for agreeing not to make any claims or lawsuits related to custody against Celsius and to vote in favor of the custody claims under the plan. The distribution of eligible assets will occur in two phases. The first distribution starts today, allocating 36.25% of the custody account balance for each settlement custody account holder.

Previous news, on May 5, Celsius stated that eligible users would be able to withdraw 100% of the allocable custody assets. (Source link)
