ConsenSys New Terms of Service: Reserves the right to withhold taxes when necessary
ChainCatcher news, 1inch co-founder Anton Bukov posted on social media that the blockchain software technology company ConsenSys updated its terms of service in April, which states in "4.3 Taxes" that "each party shall be responsible for determining and paying all taxes and other governmental fees and charges (including any penalties, interest, and other additional amounts) related to that party's transactions or arising from them, as required by applicable law, as well as payments under this agreement. Unless otherwise specified, all fees you are required to pay are exclusive of taxes. We reserve the right to withhold taxes when necessary." (source link)
