On June 26, OKX, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency exchange and a leading Web3 technology company, announced that the blockchain security agency CertiK has successfully completed a security audit of its established BRC-20 Token standard. This standard is an important step in introducing Ordinals into the Bitcoin network and holds milestone significance for the cryptocurrency industry. In the future, both parties will continue to strengthen their security cooperation.

OKX is an early supporter and builder of the Bitcoin ecosystem, having supported the Bitcoin Lightning Network two years ago. Through continuous product iteration and innovation, it leads the industry in co-developing the BRC-20 standard and promoting innovation in Bitcoin network BRC-20 transaction indexing. This forward-looking initiative reflects OKX's mission to build a truly decentralized free market.

According to the Bitcoin ecosystem roadmap for the OKX Web3 wallet previously released by OKX, the OKX Web3 wallet has already supported Ordinals NFT and BRC-20 Token transactions, BTC cross-chain swaps, and other features, making it the first multi-chain wallet to support the Ordinals market.

Jason Lau, Chief Innovation Officer of OKX, stated: "Integrating the new Token standard is an important milestone for OKX, responding to community needs while providing powerful, secure, and user-friendly tools for handling these Tokens."

Jason Jiang, Chief Business Officer of CertiK, said: "We are pleased to strengthen our security partnership with OKX. CertiK's mission is to enhance the security and transparency of the blockchain industry, and this collaboration is an important step toward achieving our goals."
