Galaxy Digital's Q2 net loss narrowed to $46 million
ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, cryptocurrency financial services company Galaxy Digital Holdings narrowed its losses in the second quarter, reporting a net loss of $46 million, compared to a loss of $554.7 million in the same period last year. Second-quarter trading revenue was $59.5 million, down 54% from the first quarter.
In the second quarter, Galaxy Digital's asset management revenue was $33.8 million, an increase of 619% from the previous quarter, primarily due to increased net gains from investments made by its venture capital platform.
