ConsenSys L2 network Linea has completed the Alpha mainnet launch, offering two weeks of 0 fee USDC purchases

ChainCatcher news, ConsenSys L2 network Linea has launched its Alpha mainnet, which has now deployed an ERC20 token bridge that includes a standardized token list. This list will allow all third-party cross-chain partners integrated on Linea to enable global users to transfer ERC20 tokens to the Linea network.

In addition, Linea has partnered with MetaMask, Banxa, Circle, and Transak to launch a promotional campaign for early users. From August 17 to 31, during a two-week period, Linea users can purchase USDC.e (USDC.e is the USDC token that has been bridged from Ethereum to Linea via Linea's ERC20 token cross-chain bridge) at zero fees using the Buy crypto aggregator in MetaMask.
