SBF's pre-trial bail application was rejected by the appellate judge

SBF's lawyers had requested temporary release from the court, and the pre-trial release motion will now be submitted to a panel of three judges, while SBF's criminal trial is set to take place on October 3 in the Southern District Federal Court of New York.
