A U.S. judge has again denied the request for pre-trial bail for SBF by FTX lawyers

ChainCatcher news, according to Fortune magazine, U.S. Judge Lewis A. Kaplan denied FTX lawyers' request to "again" release SBF from the Brooklyn detention center. The judge stated that the defendant's legal team is able to provide the defendant with any materials he wishes to review, which are all stored on the MDC's hard drive. SBF's lawyers also plan to summon at least seven expert witnesses to testify, with the trial scheduled for October 3.
