SBF's lawyers have once again filed a motion for pre-trial release
ChainCatcher news reports that, according to the latest court documents, SBF's defense team has refiled a motion for temporary release during the upcoming trial, citing difficulties in adequately preparing a defense under the current restrictive conditions.
The legal team stated that SBF's knowledge and involvement are crucial for reviewing the complex thousands of pages of investigative materials and financial records.
To alleviate concerns about potential flight risks, the defense proposed several conditions, such as escorting SBF between approved locations with private security personnel, restricting his use of communication devices during the temporary release, and being willing to accept any additional restrictions deemed necessary by the court.
