Ripple has decided not to acquire Fortress Trust

ChainCatcher news, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse tweeted that the decision has been made not to acquire Fortress Trust, despite having signed a letter of intent to acquire Fortress Trust a few weeks ago. Brad Garlinghouse stated that Ripple remains an investor in Fortress Trust and will continue to support Fortress Trust.

Previous news, Ripple announced about three weeks ago that it agreed to acquire the charter trust company Fortress Trust, which focuses on cryptocurrency and Web3, and stated that Fortress Trust would complement Ripple's business and product roadmap.
