According to ChainCatcher's message, the Snapshot page shows that Curve has initiated a proposal vote in the Arbitrum community regarding the application for a Short-Term Incentive Program (STIP), planning to request a budget of up to 50 million ARB specifically to provide incentive grants for eligible protocols.

Successful applicants will receive funding after coordinating with the Arbitrum Foundation and the STIP-ARB multi-signature, with the funding depending on each applicant completing KYC and signing the Arbitrum Foundation grant agreement form. Funds will be allocated based on the number of votes in favor of each proposal until the 50,000,000 ARB budget is exhausted.

For the proposal to succeed, it must reach a legal threshold of 71.51 million ARB and receive over 50% of the votes in favor. Voting has started and will end on October 13 at 18:00. Currently, the opposition rate is 65.63%.
