ChainCatcher news, according to DL News, Wintermute co-founder Yoann Turpin stated that his company has seen employees move to non-crypto firms such as banks and hedge funds. Turpin said, "We are actually seeing very talented people returning to TradFi, which is one of the unforeseen impacts of large institutions entering the crypto space."

Although this has led to a loss of talent, Turpin sees a positive side, stating, "Now we have advocates on the other side." He believes that these employees can represent Wintermute in their new institutions, helping traditional financial institutions better understand the cryptocurrency industry.
