The cryptocurrency exchange AirSwap launches an NFT marketplace
ChainCatcher news, according to Decrypt, the cryptocurrency exchange AirSwap is celebrating its sixth anniversary and will upgrade its peer-to-peer cryptocurrency platform, launching new features such as an NFT marketplace, new over-the-counter (OTC) functionalities, and voting incentives. AirSwap co-founder Don Mosites stated in an interview with Decrypt that these latest initiatives, which support a broader decentralized economy, align with the spirit of AirSwap.
According to the crypto data platform RootData, AirSwap is a cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2017 by Michael Oved, Sam Tabar, and Don Mosites. In May 2020, AirSwap's original developer Fluidity was acquired by ConsenSys, with the last major update released in November 2021.
