WalletConnect: Restricted use in Russia under OFAC guidance
ChainCatcher message, WalletConnect stated on social media that, in light of the latest regulations and guidance from the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), WalletConnect has restricted usage in Russia. Certain regions of Ukraine are temporarily affected, but the service has been restored.
