Reuters: U.S. prosecutors do not plan to pursue a second trial against SBF
ChainCatcher news, according to Reuters, U.S. prosecutors stated that they do not plan to conduct a second trial for FTX cryptocurrency exchange founder SBF.
In a letter submitted to the Manhattan federal court, prosecutors noted that the first trial had presented most of the evidence, and resolving the matter quickly is in the "strong public interest."
It is reported that SBF's verdict is expected to be announced in March 2024.
