Open Campus Accelerator OC-X plans to deploy a $10 million fund
ChainCatcher news, the Web3 education platform Open Campus will launch the decentralized identity Open Campus ID on January 23. In addition, the Open Campus accelerator OC-X will deploy a $10 million fund to introduce 100 educational startups. OC-X has already brought several companies such as Skizaa, EduCup, Collective, Atiom, and Patika.dev into the Open Campus alliance, serving a total of 1.8 million learners.
It is reported that the educational credentialing protocol Open Campus ID allows users to create online profiles as well as educational badges and certificates through DID, enabling learners to control their educational identity, reputation, and data. Holding an Open Campus ID will grant users a unique .edu domain name, which will allow users to autonomously and decentralized store learners' personal profiles and educational data.
