Alameda Research withdraws the lawsuit against Grayscale

ChainCatcher news, according to Reuters, FTX subsidiary Alameda Research has withdrawn its lawsuit against Grayscale Investments, which accused the digital asset management company of "profiting at the expense of shareholders."

It is reported that Alameda filed the lawsuit in a Delaware court last March, accusing Grayscale of charging excessive fees and refusing to allow investors to redeem shares from its two crypto trusts (GBTC and Grayscale Ethereum Trust). Grayscale did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
